In order to have the maps available for viewing and discussion, the City's demographic consultants need to publish the maps one week before​ the meeting at which they may be discussed. For the May 18th meeting, maps should be submitted by May 10th, 2017​ and for the May 30th meeting, maps should be submitted by May 22nd, 2017​.


May 18: Public Hearing (Special City Council Meeting, 7 pm, in City Council Chambers)


May 30: Public Hearing (Special City Council Meeting, 6 pm, in City Council Chambers)


June 13: Public Hearing (Regular City Council Meeting, 5:30 pm, in City Council Chambers)


November 2018: first two districts hold their first elections (and citywide Mayor election)

November 2020: the other two districts hold their first elections
